Sweet and Sour Vegetable   This recipe was created as the vegetarian version of fish sweet and sour. Instead of putting the deep fried fish as the main ingredients, I have replaced it with the vegetables. Optionally, you can add pieces of tofu which is already dipped in flour and deep fried.
