How to make:

Ingredients:

  •  250 grams boneless chicken – cut thin and lengthwise about 0.5 cm thick

  • 1 pcs onion – make a paste
  • Half cup of white flour or maida

  • Oil to fry

How to make:

  • Take 1/3 part of garlic and onion paste and a pinch of salt, apply it on the chicken, keep it aside and marinate it for a while
  • In the meantime, take the rest of the garlic and onion paste, the pepper powder, salt, and mix them together in a bowl
  • Add the water until it become medium consistency, not too thin and not too thick. Add more water if required
