This is my husband favorite snack… Grilled Corn! Easy to make, less time to spend, doesn’t make the kitchen dirty and most of all… huummm… yummy!!!
- One corn or sweet corn, remove the leaves but keep the bunch to be used as the handle
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon
How to make:
Grill the corn on the stove with medium flame, for better taste you can also grill the corn on the charcoal. Grill the corn until it is cooked, don’t worry about some little burn
Once the corn is cooked, put some salt on the lemon and apply on the corn. Ready to eat.
