You need to review the details though as it can be confusing, shallots instead of onion leaves and you don't specify how much water to add to the recipe. I just added 1 cup and that was sufficient.

Also when the veggies are added I suggest again covering it and letting it simmer until the carrot begins yo slightly wilt but not lose colour.

Nice healthy curry anyway due to lack of coconut milk. Great with brown or basmati rice.</description>
