Pineapple Cookies
This is basically the modification of Pineapple Tart recipe. It started when I was feeling tired to mold the pineapple jam inside the dough, I was thinking if I could modified this pineapple tart to something else by changing the look of it. And the result was not bad at all, even it is made from the same dough as Pineapple tart but the taste is slightly different.
All we need are only the dough and pineapple jam from Pineapple Tart recipe. To make the Pineapple Cookies:
- Make small balls from the dough
- Use the tip of the thumb to press the dough balls a little bit.
- Put the jam on the top of them
- Bake until the color turned golden
- Keep it cool and ready to be served
