Paneer / Cottage Cheese BBQ in American Style

Got bored with an old style of Indian BBQ or grill?? This could be a good idea to give a variety in your dish.

It started in one afternoon in the weekend about six year ago, when I was planning to cook Veg – Paneer BBQ for the afternoon snack for my hubby. Then it came to my mind, why don’t I make a little twist to it by replacing the Indian spices with the American style BBQ sauce. I happened to have a bottle of American BBQ sauce in my refrigerator at that time which I have bought during my last visit to Indonesia.

The result….. this dish was finished in no time… :)
